The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood right off bus lines, making it convenient to everything. You can enjoy a nice little park nearby where you can even see manatees swimming. The service was unable to fix issues but assured they would inform the manager. The dining experience did not offer hot sandwiches. Overall, a decent place with some limitations.

I felt safe behind my window looking out at this hotel that is conveniently located near the bus stop and a lovely park where you can watch manatees swim. Although the neighborhood may not be the safest, it provides easy access to the cruise ship. The dining experience was delightful with world-famous seasoned fries, but the service was a bit disappointing as the staff wasn't able to fix issues promptly.
